Responsible for the overall administration of a 150 bed men’s homeless shelter. Provide leadership for the day to day operation of the facility, as well as program accountability to ensure service goals are met or exceeded.

Develop, manage and administer the delivery of services to clients and families in compliance with criminal justice mandates.Provide guidance and feedback to staff though individual supervision and group activities.facilitate inter-agency coordination of client services and activities, staff training, case conferences and communiction among staff.Interview and recommend staff for hire.Participate in the development of new renewal contract program plans and budgets.Represent program and agency in the community.Act as liason with representatives of funding bodies, coordinate site visits, develop correspondence and intiate modification requests.Implement contractually-required and other quality review and improvement, including client advisory groups and satisfaction assessment.Assure that all required reports are prepared, reviewed and submitted.Supervise, coach and evaluate staff.
