As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I specialize in volume hiring recruitment for various roles and levels. I work closely with the hiring managers and HR business partners to identify the champion profile and collaborate with the sourcing department to determine qualified candidates.I am also responsible for engaging with the candidates throughout the recruitment process, from screening to onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. I process the 201 files of new hires and keep the applicant tracking system and data requirements updated. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
