Greetings! Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I initiated my journey in the cannabis industry in 2017 as a certified Cannabis caregiver while living in New Jersey. Prior to that, I had a background in the pest control industry. Later in 2017, I decided to explore the industry further, traveling to California where I conducted extensive research, connected with established professionals, and networked with multi-state operators. During that time, I also gained valuable hands-on experience by assisting with cultivation work in Orange County.This experience served as a bridge between the West Coast and my eventual return to the East Coast. Upon my return to the East Coast, I officially joined the Massachusetts cannabis industry in 2019. I began my journey as a sanitation lead at Revolutionary Clinics, focusing on safety and quality control where I developed a profound passion for ensuring the safety and quality of cannabis products. I successfully reduced the turnaround time for sanitizing, sterilizing grow rooms and installing new irrigation systems from a week to just 4 to 6 hours. This efficiency improvement greatly contributed to Rev’s operational success. Due to my passion for the field, I quickly progressed to the role of Coordination Manager and managed a large team, efficiently allocating labor across all cultivation departments to meet daily operational goals. My career has also included extensive brand representation work, where I've had the opportunity to connect with diverse audiences and promote industry excellence. I've gained valuable experience and knowledge, which I'm passionate about sharing and utilizing to drive positive change in the industry.
