A Bachelor of Science in Railway Engineering Graduate and a certified Rolling Stock Maintenance personnel that is very proficient and effective in project management as well as data management. A railway engineer that is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt practitioner, Safety Officer 2 with both Basic and Construction Occupational Safety and Health training, and had it's On-the-Job training in construction project management under the International Project Management Association. Clarice have different experiences in being a part of a team; both as a member and a leader. A competent, goal - oriented, fast learner, and determined that believes a better transportation and mobility leads to a better quality of life.
