• Adapted and executed a Social Cognitive Remediation workshop for PHMI, to promote rehabilitation and recovery, and strengthen their ability to re-integrate into the community and workforce.
• Adjusted the programme flexibly based on the responses given by the PHMI to better cater to them whilst still achieving the initial objectives of the centre.

• Conceptualized and created various promotional materials for the Customer Data Analytics (CDA) team.
