I was awarded a grant to study peppers and the impact of water stress and drying on nutritional and bioactive components in Hungary for my PhD. During my research, I learned about plant secondary metabolism and HPLC analysis.I am currently a Scientific Manager and contribute to a future with innovative agricultural practices, currently focusing on the area of organic insect fertilizer, or excrement, from the black soldier fly, Hermetia illucens. My role is related to research as support for the management and implementation of the unit's R&D activities; administration of other unit matters directly related to R&D activities; development and monitoring of research projects in the area of application and effectiveness of organic fertilizer insect control; assistance in identifying opportunities and submitting applications for other funding sources; and support for the organization of conferences and events directly related to the unit's R&D activities.
