Many years’ experience working within law firms across the south coast; I started my legal career in 1999 and specialised in residential conveyancing. Due to the recession and the housing market crash, I worked for a short period for the Citizens Advice Bureau which enabled me to develop legal skills in different sectors. I have extensive knowledge providing advice in relation to existing internal policies and implementation of new policies and procedures whilst considering regulatory changes and the impact on the company. An Associate member CIPD and gained Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Portsmouth University.Board knowledge and practised in HR with excellent organisational and administrative skills. Able to devise and implement policies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment and project deadlines. I have proven ability to work alongside colleagues and clients with professionalism and good humour.
