I prioritized work for associates and developed plans for seasonal and corporate-delegated resets at the store level. I enjoyed my responsibility and experience while I held the position. At this time, my schedule allowed me to attend Ivy Tech Community College full time while working full time. When I started studying at Indiana University, my availability shifted dramatically and I voluntarily stepped down from my position to focus on my education. I still hold great relationships with many managers in my district and take responsibility for the store as if I were still management.
