During this year, me and my partner built our vision through the grand design. We want to expand our relation internationally and beneficial for both sides of the parties. We managed to do it through our five work programs. This year, we built connections to universities in Malaysia through ‘Kerjasama’. We also expand our event called ‘Psysummit’ by making it held offline to share our knowledge about psychology.

Conducted Training Need Analysis (TNA) and developed training methods for new students in Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University.

I was the Project Supervisor for two out of five work programs, Interstellar and Psysummit. I managed to hold online events with 100+ participants in both of them. As an external relation officer, I built and expanded relations that were profitable not only for the organization but also for the undergraduate psychology student at Universitas Padjadjaran. My partners and I made a podcast that provided information for the student here. We also arranged a psychology conference to build relationships with other universities and learned new things about psychology. I developed new skills and insights during the times.

During this period, I learned a lot about peer training. I managed to make 9 methods of learning in order to transfer general knowledge about university, especially in Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University. I also expanded my network during this time due to high responsibility of letting people know about this event. I learned how to communicate important information precisely from one party to another. Regardless of the changes that occur from offline to online, I managed to adapt and deal with the situation.
