Process Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcies; use Temenos collections system to notate accounts where Bankruptcy has been filed; correspond with Credit Union and debtor attorneys regarding numerous bankruptcy matters; interpret Chapter 11 and 13 Plans; monitor Trustee disbursements into debtor accounts/loans. Develop training guides and operating practices for daily work. In the collection system edit and create workflows and processes for daily work and correspondence between sub departments. Responsible for the onboard and ongoing training for all officers.

Investigate fraudulent check deposits/withdrawals and transfers, investigate suspicious phone calls attempting to access member accounts, investigate and report Identity Theft and Financial Exploitation/Elder Fraud, and work daily operational reports.
