Responsibilities:• Working together with recruitment strategy lead to translate recruitment and retention strategy into operational and tactical plan to positively impact recruitment and retention rates for assigned projects• Serving as an internal consultant to project teams to implement operational recruitment plans on new and/or existing projects needing recruitment and retention services• Managing project scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other activities of assigned projects • Serve as primary operational project contact for patient recruitment and retention programs with client to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to as required• Management of assigned project budgets to meet financial and company goals (realization targets)• Coordinate operational and tactical related project activities for study team and sponsor to ensure that overall project milestones are met• Develop and implement risk management plans for minimizing impact on project objectives and deliverables• Supporting monthly reporting of the department's financials

Responsibilities:Management of clinical education programs (face-to-face), including:• Management of Business Travel Account, ensuring accurate charges against programs, and processing payments and discrepancies• Venue Sourcing, managing registration, housing, air and/or ground transportation arrangements and reporting• Compilation of meeting reports using web-based meeting management tools, performing calculations, reports, spreadsheet and presentation documents, in a timely and accurate way• Management of internal stakeholders, external customers and vendors, providing on-site facilitation, support, and management of clinical education programs• Customized website creation for individual programsIn 2020 (Shift to virtual programs):• Responsible for setting up new business template for the virtual environment and streamlining new processes• Supporting internal and external stakeholders with the newly introduced virtual model

Responsibilities:• Review Requests For Proposal (RFP) • Translating the agreed strategy into accurate budget estimates and proposal documents • Driving the RFP process from start to finish and being accountable for the final deliverable to the client • Updating and maintenance of corporate databases as required and ensuring accurate information are included in tracking reports.• Leading a multi-faceted team encompassing sales, operations and scientific and therapeutic experts to develop a winning strategy for RFPs and rebids
