− In charge of graphic design and artwork development for all projects of Landco− Develops creative concepts until final artwork stage− Designs layout including, but not limited to: Billboards, Lamp Post banners, Flyers, Brochures, Invitations and such− Creative concepts are not limited to layout developments but video creation/output as well− Develops relevant concepts for advertising campaigns for all Landco projects

− Develop marketing and communications plan− Implement all strategies and programs and evaluate their effectiveness− As necessary, change the strategy and introduce new initiatives to adopt to changing market preferences and needs− Use social, online and traditional channels to communicate to the target market− Develop collaterals and presentation materials for the use of sales team− Generate weekly analytics report of the website and social media engagement− Assist in the development of content for the various platforms− Organize events build market presence− Write and maintain a company blog and engages with a community of bloggers− Introduce customer engagement and loyalty campaign to ensure customer retention− Increase community and following in Facebook and other social media networks− Mount display/booth in community events and tradeshows− Build and maintain relationship with the media− Release press release for important company events and product launches− Communicate new services to BigBenta registered members through email marketing or other effective methods.
