Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day tactical activities of the Data Acquisition Team. The primary responsibility of the team is to secure timely, complete, and accurate invoice / transaction level reporting for Compass & Foodbuy customers. Responsibilities:•Ensure timely collection of invoice / transaction data from distributor partners; conduct research and analysis of data files for completeness and accuracy•Analyze distributor data to identify gaps in reporting and potential revenue opportunities•Formulate new methodologies to drive efficiencies and increase customer data capture•Promote the collection of data to support other Foodbuy revenue sources and initiatives (e.g. AP Recon, Beverage Tracking, EDI to Pay, MOGs, P-card, Xtrack, Webtrition, etc.)•Handle ad hoc requests related to reporting and analysis•Ensure that all dealings with suppliers, clients, and internal personnel are carried out ethically and professionally•Manage and maintain ongoing distributor relationships as it relates to data acquisition

Responsible for working directly with Distributors to obtain complete and timely transaction level reporting. This process results in the successful capture and processing of Foodbuy customers' purchase transactions, and the generation of manufacturer invoices, customer rebates and price audits ensuring maximum revenue and savings for those customers. *Analyze AP Aging and ensuring all monthly expenses have been paid and credits retrieved on a timely basis *Monitor AP performance based on weekly metrics*Research vendor inquiries and investigate unusual items by performing vendor and expense review analysis*Monitor AP systems to validate process flows are operating correctly*Create and provide AP reports for management *Perform other duties as assigned, including backup support
