Sanese Services was a privately-owned vending and hospitality company acquired by AVI Foodsystems in 2013.My career at Sanese was one of progressive growth fostered by a culture of creative latitude—a quality I strive to embody now in my own capacity as a leader.As District Manager, I oversaw daily operations for 15 dining locations with an annual sale growth of approx. $6.4M, administering the budget ($5.8M), managing P&L, negotiating prices, and supervising managers.I expanded customer service training, boosting guest satisfaction scores from 89% to 95% in 6 months, and implemented measures to promote sanitation, safety, quality assurance, and menu cycle development. Advancing to Executive Director, I managed a $17M operational budget and operations for all dining and catering locations in the state, from strategic planning and policy compliance to marketing and merchandising.
