-Expanded average membership meeting attendance by 400% -Facilitated live translation logistics across three languages for a variety of events not limited to informational meetings, state-wide summits, and legislative appointments. -Oversaw the completion of 493 completed member activism shifts over the course of 12 months. -Expanded existing union membership opportunities beyond monthly meetings to include a Mandarin Leadership Committee, a Cantonese Leadership Committee, a Lobby Captain Committee, and a Family Provider Support group.
