As a part-timer under an event company, i was given the opportunity to help-out at various small and large scales events held in Singapore. This has broadened my horizons towards the business industry and made connections. Some of the events i helped out in includes - Rajah & Tann Asia 10th Anniversary, AWS Summit Singapore, SID Conference 2022, Gastech Conference 2023 and Kris+ Festival 2023 by SIA. Other small scale events i participated in was Barbie Exhibition Singapore, 5-Hour Energy Drink, JIAJIA National Day.

Levi Strauss highly concentrates on its customer's service and loyalty. We are expected to proactively engage customers, establish their needs and recommend fashion styles. Performance are assessed by mystery shoppers. Through my experience there, i have learned the steps to acheive higher sales, gain customer loyalty and comunicate to establish the needs of customers.

As a Sales Associate at IUIGA, i attend to customer's enquiry, replenish stocks, ensure high standards of visual merchandise, cashiering duties. After probation period at IUIGA, i was assigned to manage store opening and closing. i had to report the total sales using Microsoft Excel.
