As part of the Value Creation team, Clarissa guides the portfolio companies development by providing organization best practices, business insight and expert views.As Talent and Organization expert, Clarissa was a Consultant of a publicly listed Recruitment Consultancy at Robert Walters Group. During her tenure, she assisted numerous reputable companies including prominent start-ups in the Financial Technology sectors. Prior to Robert Walters, Clarissa was a Talent Acquisition of Singapore-based recruitment company at Glints Indonesia where she joined as an early team member and successfully grew the organization headcounts across functions, prospering the business with high performing hires.Clarissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Universitas Sebelas Maret as Bachelor of Management.
