Current- Creates, implements, and reviews training materials for the claims organization (Home, Car, and Pet) to align with operational needs.- Develops and manages the pre-licensing initiative to equip employees with the knowledge to pass state licensing exams.- Efficiently manages and tracks all mandated training programs across the Customer Organization department, ensuring compliance.- Collects new updates and crafts weekly communications to ensure team-wide awareness within the Customer Organization. - Facilitates and organizes the onboarding experience for new hires, providing guidance and support with their new resources.- Collaborates with leadership and colleagues leveraging critical thinking skills to develop and execute project tasks to drive innovation.- Identifies areas of improvement within our training programs to contribute to the ever-evolving learning and development experience. - Served as a Coordinator reviewing assignments, and monitoring employee progress within our Leadership Development Program.
