The 18 months is divided into three rotations, which are Branch Banking Operations, Product & Marketing, Sales. Branch Banking Operations – Was attached to a branch to be part of the operations team. I had the opportunity to rotate different job functions within the operation team such as customer relationship associate (CRA) and customer service executive role (CSE). Through these positions, I manage to attain hands-on experience in executing day-to-day banking operations such as account opening, cross-selling of products, counter-transaction and after-sales service. Product & Marketing - Attached to the entire products department eg. Mortgage, Auto Loan, Credit Card, Personal Loan, Retail Wealth, Bancasurrance, Credit Evaluating Department. Through these attachment, able to work alongside experienced colleagues and getting involved with their job functions such as marketing campaigns, product development, market and research analysis. Had to opportunity to provide impactful suggestions to improve and enhance current products.Sales – I was attached to the sales team and positioned as a Personal Financial Consultant. Through this, I am able to have face-to-face interaction with customers to assist them in their financial needs. Been able to close deals as well. Show less
