My duties included preparing and mixing large batches of dessert (cakes, cupcakes, bread pudding, rice Krispy treats) and constructing and assembling over 100 plated desserts for special events on campus. I also put together desserts and display them for customers to purchase. When desserts were purchased I interacted with 50 – 100 customers who were interested in purchasing desserts daily. I always ensure a full display of items available for customers to choose from.

Service to athletes, students, and coaches when needed. Provided excellent customer service to those in and out of the training facility and Wildcat Center. Was given the responsibility of closing and maintaining a clean and organized athletic facility.
