My role was that of a travel consultant. The job scope included manning the hotline, serving walk-in customers, making payments and recommending tour packages that best suits their needs. I also help out at travel fairs.

As a service crew at The Dining Room at Sheraton Towers, i have learnt the provision of proper fine dining service techniques to guests. I am responsible for serving beverages from the lobby bar, table set-up, clearing and also answering of any guests' enquiries.

A retail assistant for Salvatore Ferragamo promoting their luxury goods. I am responsible in assisting the customers in getting different shoe sizes, looking for different length of belts, getting new products from the store room and checking for any available products online in other outlets if the one is sold out in my outlet. I also organise and clean displays and control the crowd entering the store during sales period. This has improved my sense of cleanliness and need to take initiative to help out any customer.
