Liaise with dispatch department for proper packing and dispatch details. Monitor daily shipments Opening job files Respond to emails Liaising with forwarding agents Booking export shipments Achieving sales budgets Administer export costing and pricing Data capturing Administer export warranty claims Prearrange inspections via SGS or other appointed companies when required. Accurately process quotes, pro-forma invoices and original invoices Ensure customer receive all export documentation and POD’s. Analyse statistical data and identify key trends and make recommendations to manager. Submit invoices for payment. Reconciliations reports and correspondence.
