I am responsible for ensuring the functionality, maintenance and administration of various systems including: Dolphin, Amadeus Sell Connect (SECO), Amadeus Margin Manager/Queue PNR Plus, Amadeus Ticket Changer, and Amadeus Schedule Change Robot.In my role, I am the bridge between new and existing air opportunities, maximising margins and ensuring strong commercial viability.
