I worked as a Pharmacy Tech which involved restocking medication, checking medicinal expiration dates, small projects requested by pharmacists, shadowing pharmacists, and checking patients into the system. I learned how a Choctaw Nation clinical type pharmacy operates and will be back for more in the future. It was a great experience before heading to OU College of Pharmacy this August to start my professional program.

Tutored college students in need 7 hours a week while balancing a full time class schedule. It was a great experience where I was grateful for the opportunity to help others in a way for which I was educationally prepared. It helped me develop social skills while offering students a chance to learn outside of class.
