With over 20 years of experience in the material handling industry, I am the President and founder of Design Fabricators and Integrators, a company that provides custom solutions for parcel, distribution, manufacturing, and airport conveyance systems. I hold a Master's degree in both IMBA and Engineering Management from the University of Louisville, and I have developed skills in process improvement, new business development, and people-oriented leadership.My mission is to guide and grow the company by fostering a culture of customer service and innovation that reflects our values. I work with a talented team of engineers, fabricators, and installers who can design, fabricate, and install systems from spec drawings or offer turn-key solutions.
