25+ years of hands on human resource experience with an emphasis in training/development, staffing, leadership, employee relations, career counseling, 401k, benefit administration, work comp, safety, etc...As the HR guy for D&B Supply, I have direct oversight of 15 store locations along with our corporate office. With over 800 employees spread over 300 miles, the challenge of coaching and training our store operations management team is key to making it all work. Previous experience in account management and direct customer relations along with a graduate degree has provided an incredible journey in my career. As an adjunct college professor for over 12 years, the love of teaching/training/sharing is all part of career development and fulfillment.
