After majoring in business at University of Maryland, he started out with a local real estate company, Hubbard & Lerch Realty working closely with the owner, Greg Lerch. In 1991, Greg decided to sell the company to Long & Foster Realtors. He was with Long & Foster until January 2019 and then joined Sachs Realty, owned by Broker Todd Sachs, a real estate developer, builder, and rehabber of both residential and commercial properties. Clark has assisted over 500 customers; buyers, sellers. landlords, and renters in the Montgomery, Howard, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Frederick, and Baltimore County areas. As a lifelong resident of the area, he currently resides in the Clarksville / Dayton area of Howard County.
