Being the Event Coordinator Manager I was responsible for the candidate selection, training, supervising and supporting our Event Coordinator staff. Because of the direct interaction between the Event Coordinator team and our event staff, I was heavily involved in the indirect training and coordination of our event service teams, including facility services, guest services, security, first aid and third party vendor services, i.e. catering, concession, audio/visual, labor, etc.
