Accountability for McKesson’s enterprise storage operations including physical infrastructure, software, and connectivity (SAN). Led 25 team members, $20M budget, and overall infrastructure operations processes including event, incident, and change management. Supported SLAs, OLAs and established overall objectives for design capacity, utilization, business growth, and reliability. Interacted with executives in the creation of new services and improvement of offerings.

Responsible for oversight and administration for 180 Intel platform servers including security, patch management, installation, and retirement.
