Integrate Dow Microbial Control business operation controlling activities into DuPont’s operating accounting model and controlling process at a global level.Provide analytical support to the operations of Global Industrial Bioscience – Microbial Control business unit, focusing on internal and external manufacturing, supply chain and logistics activities, based on process understanding/improvement and utilizing metrics that drive decision making and corrective actions to improve the accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, and use of capital and cost of operations.

Successively in different high-profit market-facing business across Asia Pacific, e.g. Dow Microbial Control, Dow Pharma and Food Solution and Dow Oil, Gas and Mining. Collaborate closely with Asia Pacific management team, providing tactical and strategic counsel in developing and implementing growth strategies in the area. Analysis of financial results scorecard to Asia Pacific commercial management, identify and measure key metrics such as market position, sales, margin, and pricing. Maximize Business Finance value through understanding of key economic drivers of the business – cost structure, operational performance, value chain, and external market drivers. Conduct short term tactical forecasts and long term strategic plans.Lead economic evaluation for capital projects, contract manufacturing agreements, tolling decisions and other business/operation decision analysis.Area-level leading/coordinating annual profit planning and budget process, as well as long term financial and strategy planning.Ensure the integrity of the Business financial information and adherence to Dow's policies and procedures, coordinating with the other financial functions like Controllers and Costing to maintain accurate financial books.Financial control: expense management, customer credit & working capital (AR, inventory) management and risk management.Act as the global finance focal for some technical areas, including Intercompany Variance Analysis.

Provide first level support for Asia Pacific functional leadership in Human Resources, Customer Services, Public Affairs, Information Systems, Market and Sell, Country Management as well as Business Development, to ensure budgets are defined, recoveries adhere to functional business rules, reporting and analysis of expenses are understood, and participate in benchmarks, studies and services models.Involve in implementation, review and oversight of M&A or B&A projects, and provide effective assistance in JV/3rd party accounting as leveraged services/resources.

Support manufacturing operations for one of the plants in Coating Business to build accurate product cost estimates, ensure inventory accuracy by performing physical reviews, analyze actual spending and production variances, assist business finance in estimates and forecasts and provide effective internal control within site operations.

Perform administrative supervisor and people leadership of 10+ employees and reinforce the direction of Dow and act as a human change agent in the execution of all people success process in my team.Opportunity analysis, define and manage requirements and directions, involve in project management activity based on PMP methodology, and provide functional and technical expertise/direction in SAP ERP solutions to meet business needs in Finance and Statutory Accounting and Cost Accounting.

Implement and support Order to Cash and Record & Report work processes and related SAP applications, such as E-Biz, order entry and management, site logistics, invoicing, financial and statutory, cost accounting and tax etc.Improve work process continuously by leveraging Six Sigma Methodology, certified as Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader
