I help manage Brinker's relationships with investors, industry analysts, and governments at the federal and state levels. I helped develop Brinker's ESG program, specifically by leading an effort to measure the company's GHG emissions, water usage, and landfill diversion rates. I also manage and run Brinker's long-term sustainability strategy, focusing on a combination of GHG emissions reduction and REC procurement. I manage all programmatic and advocacy partnerships with the National Retail Federation, the National Restaurant Association, and the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF).

As a Senate aide, I lobbied agencies for Federal assistance on behalf of Senator Cornyn. As part of this work, I hosted city, state, and agency officials to promote economic development initiatives, lobbied to secure emergency disaster assistance funding, and conducted Hispanic/rural outreach initiatives. I worked with state and municipal governments, small businesses, universities, airports, and other groups. Between August 2015 and March 2016 I helped secure over $210 million in Federal funds for the state of Texas.I also worked as a policy aide for the Senator handling transportation, judiciary, patent, and homeland security policy.
