I currently hold permanent position as a Process Technician in Synlait’s Dunsandel Blending and Canning plant. Here I have extensive experience (7 years) in various areas of the plant, as well as firm knowledge of our full process of Infant formula canning production and the problem solving/ trouble shooting which it entails. I also have experience in leading a team through current training and covering roles. I have held secondment role acting as the Master Scheduler (Canning) for Synlait Milk Ltd. This role entails scheduling and planning to ensure the company’s two Canning plants in Auckland and Dunsandel are able to run to plan in order to meet our customers order needs. I have also previously held a position on our company’s Health and Safety Committee. I have finished my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury, majoring in Management and Human Resources Management.In a combination with my commitment to the FMCG industry, I feel as know I have grasp of the industry and the different levels of operations. My past expertise has been in the FMCG industry where I have worked in supermarkets (2 in total) for 7 years in a combination of part and full time employment, as well as 5 years of part time/ causal motel work (customer service , bookings check ins etc).I am always looking to be challenged in my work, as well as being in a working environment that promotes a healthy work/life balance.
