Serve as a conduct hearing officer for non-academic issues.- Work with academically at risk students by creating academic success plans to help students get on track academically through various strategies.- Coordinate student/staff check-in, check-out of all residents and coordinate with responsible partners to complete tasks related to assignment of rooms and organization of camps and conferences.- Oversee a residential building budget of $30,000 to be used over the course of each academic year.- Train and educate students on topics, which include diversity, multiculturalism and inclusive behaviors.- Promote service opportunities within housing by coordinating development of annual community service projects for on campus residential students.- Coordinate and run multiple open houses and orientations for prospective students including campus tours, building tours, program overviews, etc.
