I model mechanical spaces, pool/fountain structures, and associated piping for large scale aquatic projects in coordination with other sub-contractors and engineers using Revit. I build parametric families to add to the company's revit library consisting of various mechanical equipment. I also present trainings and provide support to the drafting team as the company is transitioning to utilizing Revit more.

I facilitate the coordination of MEP trades on multiple large scale commercial construction projects utilizing Navisworks. I hold bi-weekly coordination meetings to work through difficult coordination issues/clashes in order to help the team stay ahead of the construction schedule.

I use Revit to update building plans for remodels and renovations on hundreds of thousands of square feet of BYU campus buildings. I walk sites to investigate, measure, and document existing conditions of the structures, then produce construction documents associated with the changes being made.

I receive requests for electrical remodels being made on BYU campus building. I then research the product specs, as well as the current electrical systems in place, and prepare the demo/new lighting and power plans to be implemented during remodeling and renovations using Revit.
