Work in SANAN IC as a senior assist manager of GaAs & GaN SiC & and Filter Device R&D team.Responsibility: 1.Establish a RF test labrary about GaAs&GaN &SiC.2.Mannage test team& Model team and design application team.3.Design RF circuit module in Wifi6E N77 , N78 and N79 band include IPD Filter & Saw filter, GaAs & GaN Power Amplifier，LNA for Pamid Structure system and Package simulate environment as like WLP & CSP.4. Use HFSS to simulate 3D Package model environment by WLP &CSP&SiP , and application for GaAs& GaN SIP& IPD & SAW(Normal SAW,TCSAW ,HPSAW) & BAW(Xbar) process.

(b)studying Mos model RF measurement about slicon and GaAs CMOS. (C)Establsih RF Measurement Sytem about TX and RX,Measure Communication band include Bluetooth,Wifi,GPS,LTE,5G(28G&38G) and Automotive Collision Avoidance Radar System(77G).
