Hello! Thanks for taking the opportunity to learn more about me, I appreciate it.A little background on me, growing up my father and mother taught me that, "if you don't work, you don’t eat". While neither one of my parents went to college, they still taught me the value of working hard and smart every day. My first job was cutting grass in my local neighborhood as a 10 year old boy. Working in my father's grocery store, I learned the value of customer service and doing right by them. Both of my parents retired before the age of 50 by practicing what they preached. I am very active in my local church which serves the community by ministering to homeless, broken and recovering individuals.I have a fascination with learning from other leaders and creating dynamic leaders through serving others and helping people create their success. This fascination is what led me to high-performance leadership development and business coaching.Lending a hand to my fellow people is the cornerstone of my philosophy. It is perhaps this pure intention that helped me spearhead the growth in a sales division at Heartland. This has allowed me to be promoted 3 times in that same time frame. Servant minded leadership is the cornerstone to my beliefs.Be a better person today than you were yesterday, is my motto!Working on both my leadership and teamwork skills has proven to be a constant task. I believe we all must focus on these traits to grow. Afterall, the best investment you can make is indeed the one you make in yourself.By living my own story and studying success, I can guide businesses to success by assisting them in what they’re going through and what they will face in the future.Because coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, coming alongside you while helping you achieve goals and overcome limiting paradigms. When I am not helping my team, mentoring, or training, I can be found spending time riding my Harley's, hunting, fishing, in my garden or just being outside.Also, I LOVE COFFEE.
