The IT Operations team provided Level 1 support for all IT requests including support for SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) software, Warehouse Execution System (WES) sortation and picking management software, Business Intelligence (BI) systems, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Active Directory (AD) service, Cisco UC telephone systems, Kronos time clock management systems and many other applications and systems. Clark provided many years of dedicated and productive support to FreshDirect. We will miss his service and wish him well in his next opportunity.
