-Provide IT support to Yellowstone Club employees by resolving tier I - III issues using tools such as PDQ, and Teamviewer and working with SaaS vendors.-Created a way to silently install our back of house POS application that is hosted on a RDS farm by using a powershell script and group policy.-Formatted and distributed computers, phones, and other devices to our employees using Intune and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. -Installed NetBox on a Linux server to provide physical network documentation.-Maintain a network of point to point Ubiquiti and Mikrotik radios around the mountain where we regularly have to replace and realign due to weather conditions.

-Led the local installation of Boyne’s new retail(LS Retail) and F&B (InfoGenesis) POS applications at Big Sky Resort at 8 different retail stores and 9 different F&B outlets.-Mentored co-workers and created knowledge base articles for the department.-Managed our helpdesk with issues from departments such as lodging, retail/rental, food & beverage, mountain ops, mountain services, and mountain sports.-Took ownership of our application environment which includes SMS|HOST, Axis, Onity, RTP, LS Retail, and constantly improved how departments used those applications. -Managed our PBX and networking infrastructure around the resort, using Avaya, Cisco, and Ubiquiti equipment.-Supported our physical and VMware server environment that hosted our applications and infrastructure, as well as monitoring our backups through dpm and veeam.-Created an internal IT homepage for users to submit tickets, and link resources such as schedules and our phone list. -Supported and installed security cameras and outdoor webcams that were streamed through Youtube and listed on bigskyresort.com.

-Managed Michigan Tech’s CMS by working with stakeholders and editing pages and objects throughout mtu.edu when those changes were requested.-Helped transfer mtu.edu to a new CMS by rebuilding old pages into Rhythmx.-Performed quality analysis by navigating around the site and running a report to collect all links and redirecting any that were broken.-Helped build Michigan Tech’s Alumni Way Paver Search where alumni can find an image of their donated brick paver by searching tags that we added to 100s of photos.

-Managed the front desk, renting out and reserving outdoor equipment for customers, as well as answering any questions about the area-Organized and led outdoor trips to backpack Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and whitewater rafting in Wisconsin. -Led groups through Michigan Tech’s high and low ropes challenge course focusing on problem solving and teamwork.

-Managed the helpdesk for multiple different local school districts and agencies which totaled over 30 different locations.-Utilized Dell KACE and other tools to manage the large network of computers and users throughout those 30+ remote locations.-Acted as the tier 1 support with phone calls and properly escalated any issues

Worked over the Winters and during breaks in the rental department of Bittersweet.I helped customers get the correct boots and skis for their use on the hill as well asmaintained all of the rental equipment.
