Chromium And Rdx Remediation Project Manager (Pm 5)
Stood up and lead a technical team of 8 scientists and multiple subcontractors as a new groundwater remediation technical organization at N3B. The “Tech Team” is responsible for developing deliverables designed to advance closure and regulatory compliance objectives, provide technical advice to our EM-LA client regarding efficient and successful operation of the chromium interim measure pump and treat system, and develop the technical strategy for protecting the drinking water resources of the Pueblo de San Ildefonso, Los Alamos, White Rock, and other nearby communities. Water Oversight Program Project Manager (Pm 5)
I serve as the technical subject matter expert for the N3B Water Oversight team, which is responsible for (1) the remediation of the legacy impacts of the Los Alamos National Lab to groundwater and surface water under the Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Contract and (2) multiple annual milestones negotiated with the New Mexico Environment Department under the 2016 Compliance Order on Consent between NMED and DOE. I also serve as the subcontract technical representative for the contract for environmental remediation services between N3B and Tech2Solutions. Responsibilities include solicitation, drafting, and review of technical proposals for environmental remediation and compliance work; collaboration with technical SMEs to support safe implementation of work according to internal work control processes and in compliance with N3B standards; routine collaboration with N3B, regulators, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and communicate project progress; and supporting CAMs for implementation of EVMS.
