I helped open six stores, doing the store setup and training of sales people and managers. I designed the store layouts and set up the systems to control the sales process and inventory. Hired employees, managed pricing and profit statements. Dealt with customer issues.

I worked in the Californina, Las Vegas, and Arizona territories. I did product training for store sales staffs. I handled product complaints going to dealer warehouses, like Robinson's-May department stores. Worked national and regional markets.
