After accepting my pre-tutor's invitation who is running an AI solution platform for healthcare quality improvement, I now take full charge of running a new company to promote the product line of nursing quality improvement. Our product is SAAS based AI platform that helps healthcare facilities to improve the nursing quality and patient experience.After 0 to 100, I left the company to explore a new domain called blockchain, but still co-op with my tutor(boss&founder) very well in some operation strategy decisions.

1. SOPs life circle management : Responsible for the hospital acquired infections (HAIs) prevention SOP management and other SOPs related to it.2. Infection Control capacity building：1) Establish the hospital level frame of infection control (IC) and the implementation procedures including surveillance, disinfection/sterilization, waste etc. according to the national law/standards/guideline and JCI elements; 2) Supervision, evaluate and improve the quality of IC implementation in clinical departments; 3) Conduct to monitor infection cases, multi-drug resistant organisms, antimicrobial stewardship, etc..
