Sitel is a global telecommunications company with a bad reputation of burning out Network Engineers. There is new management in place that is trying to bring standards, documentation and process controls to the company. Essential Functions 1. Prepares layouts, configurations, and deployment plans as a normal part of project assignments3. Monitors and tunes the enterprise network for optimal performance.4. Maintains and identifies gaps in WAN/LAN security 5. Manages WAN performance and provides bandwidth trending analysis and recommendations 6. Familar with PCI compliancy 7. Assists in keeping documentation of entire OTC environment current. • Maintain and configure Brocade and Cisco core and access layer switches.• Implement a MPLS network for a new subsidiary with BGP redistribution into OSPF• Evaluated current network for design flaws and correct as necessary; specifically enabled spanning-tree and removed static routes from OSPF configuration• Maintained Cisco ASA firewalls and adjusted filtering rules as need by individual business units.• Work with vendors to design a new datacenter solution with Cisco Nexus 9000 switches and ASR Routers• Support Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers with Cisco Wireless access points• Built new RADIUS servers on Windows 2008 R2 VM servers to replace physical devices• Supported other IT departments with various problems using network monitoring tools, Wireshark, Solar winds, Scrutinizer, Cisco Prime.

I was part of a global Cisco ISE deployment team. We worked to plan, implement and troubleshoot Cisco ISE globally for PayPal/eBay. This endeavor required constant coordination with Network and Project Management teams.Utilizing Cisco TAC was a weekly task and the challenges of ISE and it's problems required a monumental effort for everyone involved.

Currently deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving as the Executive Officer of the 443rd Transportation Company. The operations officer prepares and executes operational plans for the company. Sssists the commander in coordinating, supervising, and controlling company mission operations. The operations officer coordinates logistics, maintenance, medical, and mess support. He takes command in the absence of the commander. Coordinates directly with the battalion operations and operating elements of the truck platoons, maintenance platoon, and tasking unit. He also performs the following: Prepares operational SOPs and coordinates them with higher headquarters units. Maintains visibility over all employed company assets and personnel and current roadnet data. Maintains operational readiness data for all platoons in the company. Maintains operational records and statistical reports. Conducts liaison with supported units. Inspects operational and unit dispatch areas. Establishes procedures for dispatching and security. Maintains centralized operational control over subordinate platoons. Studies plans and operations continuously and prepares estimates, plans, and directives. Receives requests for motor transport support (commitments). Assigns workloads and specific operational tasks to subordinate platoons. Supervises and directs operation of the company's communications services. Plans and supervises training and soldier education programs for the company. Performs training inspections. Maintains contact and exchanges information with security and intelligence personnel of higher and adjacent units. Receives and distributes intelligence information. Directs and supervises OPSEC. Prepares and publishes security directives. Makes security inspections. Prepares and distributes security and intelligence SOPs. Coordinates and supervises security and defense measures for the company.

Client Asset Management Analyst - I help my customers manage their Cisco SmartNet contracts and services. Last year I closed over 9 million in revenue and over one million in rebates for Cisco renewals.

Work directly with both sales representatives and customers to create an information technology solution based on the needs of the customer. Provide updates to the customer regarding the proposed solution thru the sales cycle. After the sale tracks the building process, shipping, manages returns and credits due to the customer. Analyze sales trends to identify margin shortfalls, evaluate sales programs of competing 3rd party vendors. Understand the bonus programs offered from Cisco Systems and ensure that MSI receives compensation in a timely manner.
