Mr. Abrahams possesses nearly half a century of experience, spanning banking, information technology, and energy. Mr. Abrahams' responsibilities have encompassed business administration, research and development, operations, legal, compliance, risk management, finance, strategy, marketing, sales, and education. He is an accomplished author, inventor, and consultant on decision-making. Mr. Abrahams testified before Congress as a credit decision expert just prior to the financial crisis on the need for better credit decision-making, and he co-authored an NACD publication on a sensible approach for Board decision-making a decade ago. Mr. Abrahams has served on numerous corporate boards and is NACD Director Certified. Mr. Abrahams embraces inclusion and seeks to promote fairness and equal opportunity for all.
