As President and CEO of Dominion Entertainment Corporation (DEC), he developed and distributed original media content for broadcast television, cable outlets, streaming and home media distribution. Clark was also a member of the Greater Washington Board of Trade (2001 - 2012), serving as a Membership Ambassador (2008-2010).Participating in industry-focused organizations, Clark was a member of the International Television Association, DC Chapter (ITVA), later known as the Media Communicators Association, 1992-2004. Clark was Chapter Treasurer, 1996-1998.
