Mr. Braunstein is well versed in labor and employment law and has represented employees in wrongful termination suits and wage and hour class actions throughout the state. Mr. Braunstein has successfully obtained a jury verdict for $6 million dollars in a wrongful termination case and a $465,000.00 settlement in a wage and hour class action for his clients.In addition to his exceptional litigation expertise, Mr. Braunstein is skilled at resolving disputes through alternative means.
