Engineering Manager (Structural)
Current- Involved in planning structural executions, incorporating scope, deliverables, schedule on manpower resources, whilst overseeing structural engineering progress and deliverable for assigned projects.- Leading the assigned engineers and drafting personnel to complete the scope as per planned schedules.- Coordinate with the product specialist in the factory formaterial control requirements and maintaining agreed material order and ensures standards are followed.- Supervising and guiding engineers and designers for gray areas in the design.- Attend technical meetings with the Client and consultants and prepares presentations.- Prepares presentations for junior structural engineers/designers and during the company’s designconference.- Site inspections and support construction engineer implementation queries.- Maintaining responsibility for structural engineering integrity.
