• Implementation of the Whitehaven Haul Truck Traineeship which reduced turnover by 90% on the previous program and reduced the time to be operational by 50% by attracting a higher quality trainee

• Whole of Australia Government - Overall mobilisation management of 70 white collar hires for a new property management contract throughout Australia. Delivered on time.
