I have overseen the formation and operation of commercial enterprises and served as corporate counsel for a number of them.I also served as chair of the firm’s business group. In June 2005, I was appointed to a newly formed three-person management committee charged with providing the Board of Directors with long-range strategic planning and direction, monitoring the firm’s economic performance, and determining future policies for the firm.In addition, I drafted a landfill gas sale and easement contract for privately-owned landfill to permit it to take advantage of Internal Revenue Code Section 29 tax credits.
