I am currently a student at UNSW studying a Bachelor of Commerce. I am energetic, outgoing and have a detail-oriented nature. I can handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while providing excellent results and service. I am a quick learner and am always eager to expand my knowledge. I value gaining experience off others, I look at every situation as a way to develop myself. I currently hold the position of Operations Coordinator at a prominent Disability Support Company. Initially tasked with basic admin and HR responsibilities, my role has significantly evolved as my potential was recognized. As the primary point of contact for both staff and clients, I oversee all aspects of recruitment, conducting interviews and managing onboarding processes. This multifaceted role has allowed me to cultivate a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of compliance with NDIS regulations, legal requirements and ethical standards. My current role as Operation Coordinator has not only allowed me to apply theoretical concepts learned during my Bachelor of Commerce but has also empowered me to contribute significantly to the success and growth of the Disability Support Company. I am eager to continue expanding my horizons and taking on new challenges in both academic and professional spheres.
