For over 12 years I have flourished in the Insurance sector, supervising diverse teams in the smooth and efficient processing of various claims, including Payment Protection, Personal Accident Insurance and the Player Injury Benefit Scheme. In this time I have honed a great many skills, from the ability to conduct internal audits on claim files in conjunction with external auditors to drafting in-depth and cogent reports for senior management on funding and claims issues. Bolstering such excellent work experience are my academic pursuits, which include a membership to The Marketing Institute of Ireland and a Certified Insurance Practitioner. In my current role as a Team Leader, I am overseeing the training and development of new staff members, ensuring high levels of efficiency pervade and all work adheres to the industry’s compliance legislation.
